About this blog

So this is the trip I'm taking to Eastern Europe, summer 2006. I'm starting off in Poland and then I'm off to Lithuania. I've always wanted to go to Lithuania, as it is my maternal grandmother's country of origin. Then I'm going to Hungary for a thermal bath, and then the Czech Republic (pint of Budvar please!). I'll be travelling by train and staying in youth hostels, so it's not exactly a luxury break but it should be great fun. I'll upload my photos on my way round so follow me as I go!
