This is my second travel blog, which covers what is my fourth long-term trip abroad, my third trip to Latin America and the third journey that I will be making alone. Though I expect to spend the majority of my time in Nicaragua, where I will be doing a mixture of travelling, volunteering and studying Spanish, I'm actually flying to and from Costa Rica, where I will be doing a mixture of sunbathing, drinking and dancing.

These experiences are sure to result in writing that will range from my usual attempts at self-deprecating humour to pretentious-sounding musings about spirituality. I hope that you will find it worthy of your time in some way.
