Welcome to my first travel blog!

In the past I've inundated some of you lucky people with emails from my world trips to South America, Australia, New Zealand and last summer to Tanzania in East Africa.

It's now time for my next adventure and this time my travels are taking me to the mysterious and history rich state of Rajasthan in Northern India.

For 8 weeks I will be working with an organisation which runs various projects in over 550 remote desert villages before spending about 2 weeks traveling independently around the state, visiting as many as possible of the natural and historical wonders which characterise the region, including the beautiful and exquisite Taj Mahal.
