As you may know I have long been dedicated to the pursuit of knowledge. Not for my own sake you understand but rather for the betterment of humankind. It is for this reason and this reason alone that I have travelled across the oceans (well just one actually) to answer the question that has plagued humanity for so long 'Is Costa Rica a bit like Rockdale?'.
