As I approached 50, I was searching for some sort of new identifier. An activity that set me apart from the rank and file of my generation. Well I got the motorcycle bug (again) and after riding last summer, I decided to set myself apart from other middle aged posers (like myself) and make the big trip north. This trip would serve many purposes: 1. I'm 50 for cryin out loud! Time to prove myself to myself:) 2. Spending time with my 15 year old son. Time is running out. 3. Finally make that 'always wanted to do' trip to Alaska and what a way to do it; on a Harley!

We will depart Oregon, travel up through BC via ALCAN to Fairbanks. Then on to Denali, Anchorage, Glennallen, TOK, and Haines. Ferry to Bellingham and then home. 4000 mi+
