A 'Sweet' Look at Italy

About a year ago (April 08), our dear friend, Laura, decided that to honour her fourth decade of life, she should celebrate in a far off land with beautiful surroundings, fantastic cuisine, tantalizing wine, and, of course, in the best of company...that's where Derek and I come in Having just embarked on my journey of 'Life with Hodgkins Disease' and Derek starting his first job as Master, I thought that a year from then a fabulous trip to Italy with friends would be just the ticket! So, here we are, less than two weeks from departure and more reasons to experience Italia than ever! We are sooo excited. Our itinerary is set, hotels booked, essential phrases learned, guide books dog-eared...just need to pack and let the adventure begin!
