Hi there,

Welcome to the travel blog of my trip around the world.

I've been planning it since the beginning of the year and even now as I've booked the ticket I'm a little apprehensive about leaving behind all the things I treasure. I love my life, my friends, my family, the comfortable routine of home and my busy social schedule but I have faith that I'm exchanging this for a great adventure at exactly the right time in my life. I feel excited. I feel hopeful. I feel lucky.

My itinerary starts in Cuba & St Lucia, through South America, Australia & New Zealand and ends in Asia & India. That's the plan anyway...

I look forward to sharing it with you and hope you enjoy catching up with me...
