The European Conquest:

France Italy Switzerland Hungary Austria Germany Czech Republic Greece Netherlands Belgium England

It was fast and crazy, but a great sampling of a large portion of Europe. It can be done, even by rookies, with a good guide book (I recommend "Let's Go" and "Rick Steve's"), light packs, and a willingness to give up your Type-A personality for a a few weeks (Sadly, I had to do this, and it was difficult!). Oh, and about four grand per person, all inclusive (Thanks, State Farm!). Well worth it, to be sure!
