What possessed me to take a last minute trip to Jamaica over Veterans Day weekend? Well, thats simple...I was running low on rum and needed to replinish my stocks. The average individual would hop in the car and head to the local liquor store. Not me. I decided to take an unannounced trip to Jamaica for my rum. Where else can you buy 75% proof rum? Besides, I had a craving for jerk chicken, ackee, currie goat, and salt fish. My journey took me through Montego Bay, Sand Bay, Ocho Rios via Kingston, the capital of reggae music. After a tour of Bob Marley's home in Kingston, I set out on a local bus to Montego Bay. 3.5 hours later, I was on the discovering the villages and trails of the West Indies on the back of a horse name Black Girl...
