From Kathmandu to Bhutan, then on to India and Pushkar Camel Fair

We're travelling for 27 days on an expedition vehicle with Best of Asia (BOA) from Kathmandu, through Sikkim, Darjeeling and Bhutan, and finishing in Kolkata. They have taken the Dragoman trip formula (see our diary of our 2008 trip from Istanbul to Tashkent) and, hopefully, improved on it. We're then heading for the Pushkar Camel Festival, with stops in Varanasi and Jaipur.
