Dear Friends and Family, Welcome to my travelogue! After 4 years of hard work and about 5,000 lessons taught at GolfTEC (in Houston and Austin), I decided I'd had enough and resigned effective March 30, 2007. Since I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted to do next, I thought I'd take a trip to enjoy the fruits of my labor and take some time off. I sold my beloved car to pay for the trip, and chose backpacking and hostels to make the money last as long as possible! I'll be exploring Spain, France, and Italy for 7 weeks, and will post pictures and descriptions of my travels here so anyone who's interested can follow along. I depart Austin, TX on April 3rd..next post will be from Madrid!
