Costa Rica! - Jan 2008 -- In our first trip to Central America and our longest trip in several years, we had a great time in Manuel Antonio, Monteverde, and Arenal!

Costa Rica was everything we had hoped it would be - warm and relaxed people, amazing natural beauty, and exhilarating activities! Our favorite experiences in CR were rappelling through waterfalls deep in the jungle, galloping horses through the surf on a tropical beach, flying through the treetops at 40 mph on ziplines, sleeping next to an active volcano, and surfing warm waters! This is also the first trip we took where we updated our Travelpod in real-time during the trip!
