Dashagirl's Great Adventure in China
About this blog
The director of my MA program sent out an email asking if I'd be interested in teaching and helping with ESL in China. With a few months left to finish the program and no real leads on jobs in the near future, I said, "Sure!" So, I packed my bags and headed for Suzhou...oh wait, Suzhou? No, it's really Mudu. Teaching ESL? Well, sort of. But how about Communications and Marketing. Easy work load? 60+hours a week sound okay? Despite some of these unexpected trials, China has been great! And it's been so great that I have in fact decided to stay on for another year...
