About this blog

Living and working in Istanbul for nine months, I am the 'Alien in Istanbul' and this was how people came to know me, first associated with the song 'Englishman in New York' that played everywhere in Istanbul later as time passed it symbolised for me that Istanbul, maybe Turkey could not let me settle. Ok life is full of change but I had many changes jobs, started and resigned, Turkish men came and went and homes from Maslak to Kasimpasa to Bakirkoy. Lastly speaking Turkish allowed me to have some amazing experiences.
