So there I was, sitting in Fourways travel agent in Mwanza, Tanzania. "HOW much is a ticket back to the UK?!" I asked incredulously. The Scottish blood in my veins pumped a little harder. Having already spent my travel grant back to the UK going to Cape Town at Easter it was down to me to foot the bill myself. Which is when I came up with a genius (and somewhat belligerent) idea: why not just drive home....
