Italian taste...an original recipe for a holiday to remember... Like many, the group of 12 Edinburgh tourist had never been south of the Amalfi coast, but geared up after a 26 weeks course at Leith Academy learning Italian to get through the winter, their Brindisi born tutor had won them over and organised to take them to discover and experience the hidden treasures of Southern Italy, back in hometown Brindisi, Puglia. The idea behind it was a full immersion into Italian language, culture, mentality and warmth whist visiting breathtaking places, away from major tourist routes to unwind and enjoy the local hospitality.
