This travelogue is from a trip I have just taken to Kerala with my husband in Nov, 2007. This has been a well planed trip in which we started from Kochi and passed through Munnar's (1600 meters) mesmerising greenery in Idukki, the safari in Periyar Tiger Reserve lies in the Western Ghats, the famous back-water ride in Alappuzha (Venice of India), Vivekananda Rock Memorial in Kanyakumari, Padmanabhapuram Palace- the majestic old palace of the king of Travancore, sacred temples and the Kovalam beach in Thiruvananthapuram. This is one of the most memorable trips of my life and I hope you enjoy the travelogue!
