Had a blast in Vienna- mainly because I had the best couchsurf hosts. Overall, it's a beautiful city, definitely on the upscale, ritzy side. I would recommend going Xmas time so you can drink hot wine and cruise through the famous Christmas markets. (ps- that hot wine is much stronger than you think....)
