Preparing for my long awaited trip to Asia

Today is February 20,2008 and it is still several months before I leave for Asia. However, this is my first attempt at setting up a blog and I want to make sure that I know all the ins and outs of one as I plan to use it to relay all my travel experiences, pictures, videos. I am planning on travelling to Asia for a year and I have started reading my travel books and tomorrow I will be booking my ticket with the departure being December 25. 2008 and with my ticket I will have to be back in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada on December 25, 2009. I will be starting the trip with my sister and we will be travelling to Vietnam and Cambodia for two months. She will then return and I will continue on my own.
