There is nothing left but our bags, a few blankets on the floor to sleep on, and this computer which will all be gone with us in a few hours.

We are off! And we are excited! We begin our odyssey around the world. For the next 18 - 24 months we'll be exploring the strange, the beautiful and the ugly of our little home in the universe.

Thanks to all who helped, found a home for a plant - a bookshelf or other poor abandoned supplies, swung a hammer on our deck, cooked us a dinner, or helped lift some heavy things when Ben and I thought we could lift no more.
