Our Brazilian Adventure

On May 13, 2006 at 2:05 pm we departed LAX on LAN Peru Airlines bound for the adventures of Brasil. We visited Foz do Iguacu to see the magnificent Falls. We spent six days in the Amazon. And we visited Natal on the east coast. We visited the indigenous people of the Amazon. We handled an anaconda. We went pirahna fishing and cayman spotting. In Natal we used charades to communicate as hardly anyone spoke English. We went on a dune buggy expedition and lived to tell about it. We learned that Brasilians like their coffee strong and their meat well done. We also learned they are a fun and welcoming people. We know we want to go back some day.
