Hello wonderful friends!! I have been away now for 19 days....its feels like 2 months....so many images and words I can't understand, yet somehow in the middle of the chaos of Asia I have found peace....I found myself smiling as I arrived in Vietnam to the the sound of thousands of motorcycle horns....and I smile now in Laos, surrounded by beautiful temples and peaceful Buddhist happiness. The people here are warm....I leave tomorrow to return to Vietnam for a few days....I am sad to leave here as the pace is slow...I feel healthy and happy. I plan to write about what I have seen and felt but now now....there is still much to see here. I can say that something has shifted within and already I am a different person....but more later x
