KABUL,IN THE ERA OF RENAISSANCE: -------------------------------

I have been associated with United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and Afghan Commissionerate for last six years.Since that time I have visited Kabul twice as an interpreter of Dari language in 2002 and 2003 for Japanese developmental projects and good will visit by Pakistani negotiator Barrister Samin Khan.

I could never imagine that Kabul would be so advanced.I wish that Kabul could again resume it,s position as a hub of economic and cultural activities like before soviet invasion in 1979,when there used to be the celebration of a festival of culture Jashne Kabul every year in Afghanistan.
