Join Jim Radio and the World's Most Dangerous Blond! Travel along as Jim helps to put the first community radio station on the island of Borneo (Malaysia). Austin Airwaves will be joining RadioActive (British NGO) of London in establishing a 50 watt station in the village of Bario. Bario is located in the central highlands region known as the Heart of Borneo. The area is still isolated with no roads to the outside world. Jim will be dropped off to a landing strip outside the village from a Twin Otter 12 seater aircraft. He will live in a 'longhouse' for about a month. Later the WMDB will meet Jim in Kuala Lumpur and they will fly to Bangkok for an international community radio conference. Then they will travel back down the Malaysian peninsula seeing...
