Even though we said we wouldn't this year, we've booked another cruise. Just a 'short one' this time, 12 days around the Baltic on the Norwegian Sun. Then just over three weeks wrapped around the cruise in the UK with a trip on the side to Paris.

St Petersburg will be ticked off our bucket list, along with Paris, and a return (for me) to London as an adult.

Two months out and everything is booked - flights, cruise, hire cars, trains, flats, guest houses, hotels, a 'B&B' that is really a room in someone's apartment (in Paris), even an apartment above a sauna! Our accommodations are many and varied.
