About this blog

Well after 4 months of South America, we set our eyes on Asia as the next destination of our trip. Before embarking on this trip, we spent about over a month reconnecting with family and friends in both California and Hawaii. It was a well needed halftime break from South America and has energized us for this next leg. Our first destination is Jakarta, Indonesia and somehow we will need to get to Tokyo by June 30th. We have an idea of how we will get there, but no definite plans and will be planning on the fly from recommendations from other travellers and our handy lonely planet guidebook.
