I last ventured to Malta 30 years ago with my parents and brothers when we had actually sold up in Australia and moved their permanently. It lasted all of 3 months before my parents hauled us back to Australia.

Something was pulling me back to Malta late in 2006 and it became an irresistible urge to return to the homeland of my parents in 2007. So I booked the trip and setout. No concrete plans, totally on my own and it was a trip that I could not wait to undertake by the time it came around.

This is an account of my adventures, my observations and thoughts during my time on the tiny but beautiful Mediterranean island of Malta. Oh and a crap load of photos as well.
