This blog tracks the journey of two adventurous girls (Amanda and Lauren) as they travel through Central America. The first part of their journey will focus on seeing Maya ruins and culture in Mexico, Guatemala, and Honduras. The latter half will take place in Costa Rica where they are going to take medical Spanish classes and volunteer in a local clinic. Feel free to follow their journey as they battle mosquitos, smelly taxi drivers, language barriers and the common cold. This is sure to be an adventure worthy of Hollywood fame.....we hope so at least.
