About this blog
Heading to Washingto DC. I am heading to my Mother's funeral but intend to be a real tourist for a week I am there. My Mom died on Memorial Dau, she was almost 95 years old, and I will be burying her at Arlington National Cemetery next to my Dad. I am logging this trip because Washington DC and Virginia is full of history. I will visit the Smithsonian with my grandkids and their Mom. I am taking my bike so I can visit some places I have never seen. I will record everything I see because many people I know have never been to our Capital and have never see what is there
