Where I stayed
This morning, can you believe it, we had breakfast at Gypsy's! We really like that place! They make their own donuts, which are delicious. We said goodbye to Mrs. Da Silva and then headed out to meet Gerald for another visit with the dogs. It was snowing a lot this morning, and a lot colder. We got to say hello to all the dogs and then go for a long walk in the forest with them. We took Thunder, Raven, and Isobel. Even though she is blind, Isobel can go anywhere and runs very fast. Gerald and James (his helper) took their guns, in case we met any polar bears. It was beautiful out in the forest and the dogs ran super fast and were so happy to play in the snow. We saw a hare, but it ran away and we tried to walk on the frozen ponds, but the ice was not thick enough yet. It was a great morning!
We ate lunch at a cool place with lots of animal pelts and moose and caribou antlers everywhere, then we headed out for the airport.
Tonight in Winnipeg, we got to ride in a limo to the restaurant (it was less expensive than two taxis), which was so cool! We are watching the last game of the American League championship game tonight - Go Red Sox!!! Then back to Nashville tomorrow.
