Scootering Around River Bed Roads

I rented a bike today and took myself for an explore of the island on a scooter which had great dirt bike style tyres on it, which I discovered was totally necessary due to the roads that looked like river beds and also 45degree inclines. This was a scary bit of riding but fortunately I'm not too bad on a bike as long as I can hold it up, which I needed to be as it would have been expensive to drop it! So here are some pics of the views and the roads on my little excursion. You have no idea how much hard work it is to be steering with concentration and holding onto brakes when going down the 45 degree incline you just rode up...you have to pray that the brakes are good....particularly with water grooved dirt tracks either side of the concrete bit!
