Having collected him we went out for a street dinner - a mountain of chicken satay, then off to the Petronas towers for some night shots, and i have to say, they look their best at night all brightly lit up with fountains in front. There is quite a big shopping centre underneath so we had a look around and I think I decided that I'd come back here before flying home to buy some jeans and warm jumper as I'm going to spend a couple of days in London with my sister before getting the train back to Manchester. There are so many clothes shops selling great big puffa jackets, scarves and hats, and probably none get sold because it's just so hot. I think you have to grow up in the heat to be used to it I've decided. I still look at people without a bead of sweat on their brow whilst I'm stinging my own eyes with my own! It's ridiculous!
