First off, I want to say that I was not effected by the earthquakes or tsunami that hit Japan. My thoughts do go out to those that were effected.
Second, I went out to dinner with one of the teachers from my school, Sunny. We met up with her friend Hana and ate at Pasta Bouno (I think that is what its called...I should really learn to remember it since I love it there). I think the waiters are starting to think I live there since its the 3rd time this month I've been there. I still love the reaction I get when I speak Korean, even if its the simplest phrase. A waiter brought me a fork and I said thank you in Korean...he did a double take and I saw a hint of a blush and a smile as he walked away. So cute. I had Bacon Spaghetti and it was so yummy. I'll take pictures next time. Both Sunny and Hana's English is pretty good, I need to help build up their confidence. I will also attempt to learn Korean faster so the communication between us is smoother. During dinner we talked about work, music and us being boyfriend-less. We decided we will help each other get a boyfriend. At that point, Sunny turned to me and asked if I would date a Korean; I said yes. Sunny and Hana looked at me with delight and were super excited.
We then went over to a coffee shop and I ordered Sweet Potato Latte...it was sooo good. Again, picture next time. We stayed there until about 9 o'clock and Sunny left for Daegu to visit family and Hana drove me home.
I then watched some tv and was super excited to see Naruto in Korean. I am now going to attempt to make some pancakes with strawberry toppings.
