Yet another very interesting National Park, only designated to a park from a monument in 1994. Death Valley is the hottest, driest, lowest of the parks. The air temp reached 29 degrees C when we drove through, which was pleasant, but it does rise to extreme temps in the summer. Because we are near the end of our trip, and becoming a bit burned out with all the things we've seen, we didn't really do justice to the park. We hope to return one day to spend more time here as there is lots more to see that we missed.
Too many pictures, couldn't decide which ones to post.....

Hey Girl! Great snaps! I couldn't tell if the bridge over the Hoover dam is finished. It was under construction when we saw it in Feb. 2010. Hope you continue to have a great time.
Wish I was there. Cindy
Your last entry was April 12 and I realize I'm missing your reports. You made your travels so interesting, it felt like being there right with you.
Will you be home for Easter? Please keep me posted.
