We've arrived at Seaside, Oregon and are are staying in a room with a view of the ocean.  The beach is lovely, but no better than Long Beach, but new to us.  We stopped at Astoria, and climbed up the spiral stairs inside Astoria Column,164 steps, and the view was spectacular.

Love this idea you 3 - have been to the top of the Astoria Colum myself on our Honeymoon! The view is stunning.... have a great trip!
