It is totally unforgivable that we have not updates for months!!! We know we start each entry apologising, but this is a HUGE apology, coz its been so long and its so unacceptable!
Ok,we have absolutely no idea where to start! Its been so long!
Sydney is absolutely wonderful, we're having a great time! To be honest with you all we havent actually done much travelling, we're just living! However, living in Sydney is pretty God dam excellent! The city is fab and just so alive, all the time, its just 24hrs non stop action!

The flat we were talking about in the last update, we're still there. Everything is pretty perfect there..people are nice, place is nice, location great (the best clubs and bars are about 3 doors away)....you'd think it would be a dream home...APART FROM THE BLOODY COCKROACHES!!!!! We have had enough of them! And they're not normal roaches, they're just so big! Huge bugs in our room, the other day Hollie had one in her bed...look at your hand, whoevers reading, these things are nearly as big as the palm of your hand, and they just invade our space! We've had enough. You know a cockroach can live longer than 1 month with no head and eventually die of thirst, they're tough little things...but we have discovered something that is guaranteed to kill instantly, no messing about...boiling hot water! So as you can imagine, our room is soaking wet half the time! Other than that though we like our little house!

And we both got that job we applied to...its actually quite funny coz i (shelley) didnt want to do this job...remember i slammed the phone down during the interview!? Well, turns out im an excellent sales person, even if it is selling life insurance! I'm hitting commission...thats near impossible, but im just smashing it! Hollie on the other hand only lasted 2 weeks, decided the job wasnt really for her...she got sales, but the job is pretty crap, so she left and does house keeping during the day, and 5 nights a week she works for Amnesty International! I love it (Hols here) Its a really good charity and all i do is ask people to come back on board and give money towards violence against women and things like that! I love it!

So at the moment all we're doing is working and saving (coz we've run out of money, we're living like proper travellers, hardly any money to eat...but of course, we always manage to afford a drink or 20!)
We went camping in the Blue Mountains for a long weekend, which is about 2-3 hrs from Sydney...that was so nice, so quiet and a huge contrast to the city. Huge mountains just going on and on and on...just masses of mountains and rainforest, you cant see anything else its so stunning! We went on a train that went so fast at such a steep drop down the mountain into the rainforest, we went on a trek in the rainforest..weird birds and stuff...it was cool! Surprising we did pretty well on the camping front...considering we're city girls we did good...although the bug fear came back to us a few times having such a god dam problem at home, but we soldiered it and it was fab!

We went to a place called Manly last weekend...that was fun! Beaches, shops...FISH'N'CHIPS BY THE BEACH...you cant beat that! Then we hired some roller blades, they were so, so much fun...we were roller blading by the beach...it was like what you see in films...sexy chicks skating on the beach...well that was us! We went with our Ozzy friend Helen, who chickened out and absolutely refused to put on a pair of roller blades, so she hired a bike and pulled us along. It was a nice day out!

The beaches here are so pretty...we went on a beach walk...walking along the cliffs for about 2 hours from beach to beach, taking in the sun, watching the surfers...surfing looks impossible! We're gonna try it up the East Coast, but it looks so bloody hard, the way they twist their bodies and ride the waves and still stay on the bloody board...impossible!

We've just booked a flight up to Cairns for June 13th, then we're gonna make our way down the East Coast...Great Barrier Reef, Brisbane, Surfers Paradie, Byron Bay...got so much to look forward to. We're gonna do diving courses, travel in boats all around the Whitsunday islands...we are so anxious to go! Sydney is great for meeting people, going out, having so so much fun but its just a city, and we're ready to leave now. So we are!

We've got Ozzy friends, English friends...its great! We went to Canberra for our friend Helen's 21st birthday. (For those thickies out there, Canberra is actually the capital of Australia...Not Sydney. Although we're not to sure why Canberra is the capital...all it really consists of is fields, trees, paddocks and a few cows...buildings hardly exist!) Helen will be most annoyed with all that, but im sure she'll get over it wont you darling!!!

Right, well we havent got much more to talk about...we could go into detail, about all our wild nights out (we do go out 2-3 times a week)...but half of them we don't really remember, the rest is just a tad to wild to be talking about! But we behave ourselfs...of course...harmless fun ;)

We love you all, we miss you all and we're having the time of ours lives!!
