I wonder if our living experience here is one of constant expansion and contraction, similar to the way the heart works. So we experience joyful expansions as well as fearful contractions no matter what, which
would explain the ups and downs of life.

So now the question is how do I extend the periods of expansion and shorten the ones of contraction.
I have a few ideas. I'll try them out and let you know.
