So here I am in the Phillipines, went to Manila first and left the next day, bit of a hole it is. You start to wonder how safe it is when you see armed guards at Starbucks. I headed over to Legaspi to see Mount Mayan, a active volcano. I think it last erupted in 2002, it wasn't doing anything when I was there. My volcanic eruption experience will just have to wait another day.

On a bit of a downer at the moment, thinks it's because Borneo was so good and here just doesn't match it. Plus the food isn't too good so I'm having to live on fast food, Mcdonalds, KFC etc.
