First they took us to see the Glowworm. We've never seen anything like it before. Definitely worth it. They took us to a cave and let us sit for a while so we can adjust our eyes. After we a while, we saw lots of them, and as time pass, we could see more showing up! Usually we would be taking a canoe, but since it was raining recently, the cave water was really high. We ended up just sitting there, but it was probably exactly what we wanted. We got to just sit there and enjoy the lights from the glowworm and the cave noise. It was as if we were in a different place!
Then, we went into a "normal" cave. It's a pretty cool cave, but we have seen a lot of caves, so this one was just OK. However the guide was pretty good, he made things pretty interesting and he told stories that other people won't tell you. It showed that he actually knows a lot more than other cave guides.
Now we are just bragging a little snack at the shop before we continue to Rotorua.
