Another day in San Jose... :). It's been a blast full of laughter, good food, and newness!

Lauren says:
After 2 days of having cold showers we have finally figured out how to get the hot water pumping and it was a very exciting milestone for us. Besides being excited about the hot water we have also built some great relationships with the Spanish staff here. They are so friendly and we are all getting along great. The kids games have also been going really well. They are so energetic and willing to have fun! I am excited to see how the rest of the week will go. Buenas noches.

Evan says:
It's been two crazy, fun filled days here in San Jose, and its only getting started. The people and the culture around here are beyond incredible and just the atmosphere gets me pumped up. It's hard to believe that I would be so revved up at 6 in the morning, but working with these kids and wonderful leaders and staff it is hard not be excited to get up and get going. With all that there has been some struggles in terms of the language barriers between us and our Costa Rican counter parts, but luckily for me, my fellow leader Diana speaks fluent English and has really helped me translate as well as learn the Spanish language. I am excited for my third day of kids games and excited for whats to come. Buena's noches.
