So what is life like when you live two parallel lives? Well, we try to spend as much time together as possible on weekends. During the weeks, we have to struggle through being separated on ourselves. So what do we do at week nights? I know that Mari reads and uses her sowing machine a lot. This is great, because then I get all those new clothes. I also read a lot, but I also edit my photos and watch movies. Last night I watched an incredible movie from Denmark, called Adam's Apples. It's about a crazy preacher who lives in the Danish country side and has a twisted view of the world. He hosts two pretentious ex-criminals in his church, but the idyllic life of the small community is destroyed when Adam, the protagonist of the movie, arrives at the place. This movie is funny and tragic at the same  time.  It goes so deep that you will think about it every time you see an apple tree thereafter. You should definately check it out. It's a great alternative to the Hollywood crap that is flooding our video stores.
