Our car breakdown on the way from Dargaville to Brynderwyn and we were stack there until the AA come to save us, or so we think. The AA took us o Dargaville and to the only Backpackers there. Nice place wharf a visit if your passing by and have no time to go all the way to your wanted distention. Cause if truth be told there is nothing to see in Dargaville, only to pass trough and hope not to get stack there for a week.
To make a long story short, we work in Dargaville for six days planting Kumara while our car was at the wreckers.  They only need one day for the repairs but they took their time so it turned to four. In the end we get the car fix and earn some money  on the side, so for me it wasn't that bad.
From Dargaville we went back to Auckland, back to Judy and Gery's house.
One thing to say about the Greenhouse backpackers in Dargaville is that it's a very nice and peaceful place with very nice hosts.

great people truly great friends love going there when ever I can we go back for a holiday home to n.z.as we go a long way back we have some great memories and some sad. always love talking to May and Warren and to have a laugh. they are always there for me so if you are passing out to call in to the kumera box you will not be disapointed and say hi from me.
