On my way to the tube this morning, I saw a dispute between a parking officer and a motorcycle driver. The driver was furious and actually threw the ticket at the officer's face vowing not to pay the fine. Two things I noticed here. One, Brits are crazy... Two, half way around the world, everyone still hates parking officers.

Following an entertaining dispute, I continued on my way to the Tube station and I couldn't help but notice today's London paper. Headline read: TUBE SHOOTING and the bottom half reading BRITNEY LOSES A CUSTODY BATTLE. Gun shots and Britney Spears, am I still in LA, I pondered. But it's great to know that people here also care deeply about Ms. Spears.

Other than that, not much to write about. Again, spent most of the day as a tourist watching changing of the guards at the Buckingham Palace, visiting St. Paul's Cathedral, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and Tate Modern Museum. You can view some pictures here.

Hey Kevin,
Good to hear from you London! You are probably one of the luckiest person travelling through all the different countries in Europe. Hope you get to see everything that Europe has to offer. I am sure that you will gain valuable information through this journey of yours. I wish I could be there with you to share this experience. Be careful out there and make sure you take care of yourself. You have to keep yourself well to be able to enjoy this journey to the fullest. Keep updating on this blog. London weather?
Kevin, glad you are doing well. The weather in London looks really bad...It is sunny in LA if you want to come back early (hint, hint). Anyways, hope you enjoy all of the tourist spots. Watch your wallets in the Tube. Been to Piccadilly yet?
