Hello Manitoba
Day started out with breakfast with a group riding from the west to the Wharf Rat Rally in Digby, Nova Scotia, led by Belt Drive Betty.
A wonderful day of riding, sunshine the whole way, hardly any wind. First stop was CFB WInnipeg but unfortunately just prior to arriving there, Bertha had a little mishap, otherwise known as a fender bender resulting in a lost fender off the trailer and a flat tire, but she rolled into the base anyway, even with the flat tire, and the crew managed to be set up before the bikes rolled in. Biker group picture taken on the way to the base at the Forks. We were joined on our ride today by three members of the Manitoba Chapter for the Ride for Dad and members from CAV.
On to Brandon. More great riding Passed the mid point of our journey and on to meet the police escort who rode us into Mark's Work Wearhouse for another whistlestop show which was well attended. Wayne Rostad did his usual great performance followed by Byron making a speech, which of course had to include some jokes about lost fenders.
Tomorrow is an early start and we ride to RCMP Depot in Regina.
