After waking up around 8:30, I had some breakfast.. Filled in my Tour de France poule.. and went for some grocery shopping.. After shopping I packed my day pack, and around 11:00 I drove from Oldenzaal to Denekamp (approx 10km). Denekamp is the town I lived for approx 15 years before I went to New Zealand.

In Denekamp I went to my cousin and best mate Bryan.. This was a nice catch up.. We had something to drink, and picked up his daughter Liv from school.. Last time I saw her she was a few months old.. After that I helped Bryan a bit by laying some stones in his new deck. Afterward we relaxed a bit..

Around 15:30 Patrick Schiphorst aka Skippy joined us, and we walked into town, as we wanted to watch the match between The Netherlands and Brasil at a local bar.. We found some good spots at 't Wapen.

. After a while Mathijn and Roy also joined us, and we had a good time.. Holland won the game with 2-1, this was great.. Last time Holland defeated Basil was in 1974.. 36 years ago..

So we had a good party after the game ;) Around 22:00 we went back to Bryan's place where also my mates wifes joined us.. That was nice.. A great catch up with everyone.. Even Patrick Vollenbroek joined who just came from his Holiday in France..

I can't remember what time we went to bed ;) lol
