Heart's Ease at the Manse B&B was a great place. The owners were really nice, with the man being an aspiring chef. The breakfasts were great, and one night he served up a meal to die for. The dollar was strong these days, so everything was very inexpensive.
When we got off the plane, we met a few people on the car shuttle, and we thought "Huh. They sure were nice." On the ferry, a couple more people elicited that response. Finally, we figured out that everybody there is nice. Genuinely so, and happy that we had come to their island to vacation. I lost a quick release to my front wheel in shipping, and the only one the guy at the bike shop had was from his own bike. He took it off and gave it to me, free of charge. Unbelieveable! We made a healthy donation to his tip jar.
