Mcbride is a nice little town on the way to Jasper. I tried to get a campsite at Jasper but none were available for the Saturday night so we stopped at McBride. This is a lovely campground with a lovely lawned area, lots of trees,benches, tables and fire pits. We rode through torrential rain getting here and put the tent up with a thunderstorm going on. This cleared towards the evening and we rode into town for supplies and we were told the local chinese had a smorgasboard so off we went to feast! It rained though the night but the day was beautiful until mid afternoon when the heavens opened.

The rain eventually stopped we enjoyed baked beans on bread and lit the fire.We now have plans to join Randall and Dawn at Mount Robson Campground on Monday night so we have found accommodation at Valemount for tomorrow night

The Beaverview RV Park and Campground is an absolute gem. The couple who own and operate this establishment are both motorcyclists. The ammenities are lovely, bright and very clean.
