While Nahír and I were traveling to UBA to try and register her for classes, we passed through Congreso and the city center (not the Plaza de Mayo, but it's where the Argentine Congress is located). The pictures here show the front of the Congress building. The picture of the gate with the many crests around the central symbol is the main entrance - each of the crests around the central symbol represents one Argentine province (I think they each joined with the others to form the Congress back in the day,but I'm not sure).
