We made it to Maine in plenty of time and got set up at the Freeport KOA. At 4:30, we headed into the town of Freeport to meet up with my cousins, Linda and Steve, Steve’s wife, Diane, and my Aunt Barbara. We met at a very nice restaurant in Freeport called the Jameson Tavern and had (what else?) seafood. I know, very unusual for a New England restaurant, but we just happened to find the one in Freeport. Go figure.
We’ll be here a couple of days, then it’s off again.
