We made this our base at Eden Valley caravan park/Showgrounds for nearly 2 weeks and took the car out and about this is where I had my first taste of bush bashing (the GPS told us we could go over this mountain as a short cut yeah right) we saw so much of the Barossa and surrounding area. We had to do many wine tastings at many wineries, we also visited friends who live at the Barossa lucky them i say. WE went to Adelaide twice once to visit friends and we had a lovely time catching up with them, and the other time was to go to the Adelaide caravan and motorhome show. A few days before we left Eden Valley a few forumites arrived Jo and Derek in their swagman and Shea in his coaster we had a wonderful time catching up happy hour went till the wee hours.
WE left on the 19th to make our way across the Nullarbor
